At a restaurant on Srinagar's Residency Road, three employed youth drop in for a cup of tea. Next to their table are four elegantly dressed teenaged girls, busy talking on cell phones and among themselves. One of the youngsters calls a girl and gives her a chit. She goes to her friends and starts discussing something. After 10 minutes, two girls come to the boys' table. "We are ready. Rs 5,000 each for one hour. Place will be yours", says one of them.
